• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used to deposit and sent to the same account.
• Wagering requirements for the relevant bonus must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

4.3 Reasons for Deposit and Withdrawal Rejection

Deposit or withdrawal requests may be rejected in the following situations:

1. Identity verification has not been completed.
2. Suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
3. Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
4. A transaction has been requested outside the applicable limits.

05 Terms for Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

950kbd offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members: a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 → total balance ৳28,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• A bonus from one promotion cannot be used alongside another promotion at the same time (stacking is prohibited).
• A bonus is only for the member whose account it was credited to.
• 950kbd reserves the right to cancel any bonus without a specific reason.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The 950kbd VIP program has five tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression to VIP tiers is determined based on gaming activity. Separate wagering requirements apply to cashback benefits.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

The following rules must be followed when playing on the 950kbd platform:

• All games are conducted in accordance with fair play principles.
• Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game is interrupted due to network issues, the result will be determined according to server logs.

6.2 Sports Betting

07 Prohibited Conduct and Activities

• Extended inactivity (12 months with no activity).

10.2 Closure at the Member's Request
